Yendi Tomás Estrada Cancino

My work becomes a product in which ideas, actions, and thoughts are circumscribed in a society where existential absurdity manifests itself as the first order, leading to a rational derangement that swarms in every corner.

He graduated from the Academia de Artes Plásticas El Alba (Holguín, 2000) with a specialization in painting, graphic design, and illustration. He is a member of Fondo Cubano de Bienes Culturales, Registro Nacional del Creador, and worked in the catalogue of the Asociación Hermanos Saíz. He currently lives in Havana. He has participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions in Cuba, Greece, Mexico, Spain, and the United States of America. His work has won him various prizes and mentions and are held in private collections in Cuba and Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United States.
